What is a parking notice?
A parking notice is issued when a vehicle is found in violation of the posted parking rules at a managed location. Common reasons include unpaid parking, expired time, or parking in a restricted area.
What happens if I don't pay?
Unpaid notices may increase over time and could be sent to collections, which may impact your credit score. Your vehicle may also be subject to towing at any Southeast Parking location.
What can I do to ensure this doesn't happen again?
Make sure to follow posted parking signs and time limits at all managed locations. If you park at one of our locations regularly, consider a monthly parking permit to avoid future notices.
